Privacy policy
This page describes how your personal data is collected, used and protected on this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679).
Data controller
The data controller is Meriem Berrada, reachable at mb.display@outlook.com.
Data collected
This is a showcase website. No personal data is collected without your knowledge. Data may only be collected in two specific cases:
- When you contact us by email — your email address and the content of your message are kept solely to respond to your request.
- Anonymised technical data — the host Netlify may keep connection logs (IP address, timestamp, page visited) for a limited duration for security and performance purposes. These data are not used for profiling.
Purpose and legal basis
Data collected via the contact channel is used solely to reply to your request. The legal basis is consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR). Technical data is retained on the basis of legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the service (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Retention period
Emails exchanged are retained for as long as they remain useful to the relationship, then archived or deleted. Connection logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.
Cookies and trackers
This website uses no advertising cookies, nor any third-party audience-measurement tool (such as Google Analytics). No prior consent is therefore required for ordinary browsing.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your personal data. You may exercise these rights by writing to mb.display@outlook.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL) in France, or the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP) in Morocco.
Transfers outside the European Union
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a company established in the United States. Any transfers of technical data outside the EU are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
